Description
Application and supporting documentation from the Fort McKay First Nation and Fort McKay Métis Community Association requesting a review of the Lower Athabasca Regional Plan. One of six requests for reviews of the plan, which came into force in September 2012. As per the Alberta Land Stewardship Act, a person who is directly and adversely affected by a regional plan or an amendment to a regional plan may, within 12 months from the date the regional plan or amendment affecting the person comes into force, request a review of the regional plan or amendment.
