This is the final report of the Indigenous Primary Health Care Advisory Panel, which was established as part of the Modernization of Alberta's Primary Health Care System initiative to provide advice and recommendations to help transform Alberta's primary health care system in order to provide accessible, relevant and culturally safe primary health care for Indigenous peoples. It contains 22 overarching recommendations organized around five strategic outcomes of primary care: culturally safe and appropriate care, access, integration, quality, and Indigenous peoples as partners.
