Government of Alberta’s response to mandatory reviews into child deaths

Description

This publication presents the responses of Children's Services to recommendations made in mandatory reviews of child deaths undertaken by the Office of the Child and Youth Advocate. The Advocate is mandated to report on the death of young persons who had been identified as a child in need of intervention at the time of their death, or within two years of their death. These mandatory reviews are compiled and released twice a year (March and September).
