Cook curriculum guide

Description

Apprenticeships combine on-the-job training and work experience with technical training provided at or through a post-secondary institution – usually a college or technical institute. This curriculum guide describes the expected learning outcomes of the technical training component of the cook apprenticeship. Curriculum guides are used by post-secondary institutions in the development of their curriculum.
