Description

This assessment and validation tool was developed to assess cultural appropriateness and historical accuracy of teaching and learning resources, to ensure they are culturally authentic, historically accurate and respectful of the diversity of First Nations, Métis and Inuit people’s identities and experiences. The tool was developed by the Charter Two Working Group of the Western and Northern Canadian Protocol, a cooperative group of Canadian provinces and territories that develops common curriculum frameworks.
