Description

Apprenticeships combine on-the-job training and work experience with technical training provided at or through a post-secondary institution – usually a college or technical institute. Technical training providers provide apprentices with access to formal instruction based on course outlines established by industry. This course outline describes the expected learning outcomes of the technical training component of the ironworker's structural/ornamental program. Course outlines are used by post-secondary institutions in the development of their curriculum.
