In the context of the implementation of the French Policy, government ministries are responsible for developing and publishing a multi-year action plan that identifies specific stakeholders with whom to engage, and goals, objectives and measures aimed improving services in French. The action plan is a firm commitment to look at innovative ways to enhancing services in French on an ongoing basis and in an incremental way.

This three-year project (2023-2026) aims at reorganizing the footprint and usable space at Campus Saint-Jean for administration, student services and learning, as well as repurposing historical spaces to meet Campus Saint-Jean strategic goal of reconciliation and decolonization. Campus Saint-Jean will expand and renovate various spaces within the McMahon, Lacerte and Daridon Pavilions in order to better meet the needs of students and staff. This project is funded under the Canada-Alberta Agreement on Minority-Language Education and Second-Language Instruction 2023-2024.

Ce projet d'une durée de trois ans (2023-2026) vise à réorganiser l'empreinte et l'espace utilisable au Campus Saint-Jean pour l'administration, les services aux étudiants et l'apprentissage, ainsi qu'à réaffecter les espaces historiques pour répondre à l'objectif stratégique du Campus Saint-Jean en matière de réconciliation et de décolonisation. Le Campus Saint-Jean agrandira et rénovera plusieurs zones parmi les pavillons McMahon, Lacerte et Daridon afin de mieux répondre aux besoins des étudiants et du personnel. Ce projet est financé dans le cadre de l’Entente Canada-Alberta relative à l’enseignement dans la langue de la minorité et à l’enseignement de la langue seconde 2023-2024.

Ce projet vise à agrandir l’école de remplacement Le Ruisseau à Brooks afin d’offrir de nouveaux espaces de garderie et du programme préscolaire permettant d’accueillir jusqu’à 80 enfants âgés de 1 à 5 ans. Grâce à l’accroissement de la capacité des volets de la garderie et du programme préscolaire à l’école Le Ruisseau, la liste d’attente actuelle sera réduite et le projet contribuera à préparer les enfants à la transition vers l’école francophone. Ce projet est financé dans le cadre de l’Entente Canada-Alberta relative à l’enseignement dans la langue de la minorité et à l’enseignement de la langue seconde 2020-2023.

This project aims to expand the École Le Ruisseau replacement school in Brooks by providing new daycare and preschool spaces to accommodate up to 80 children aged between 1 and 5 years old. By increasing the daycare and preschool capacity at École Le Ruisseau, this project will address the current waiting list and contribute to preparing children for the transition to the Francophone school. This project is funded under the Canada-Alberta Agreement on Minority-Language Education and Second-Language Instruction 2020-2023.

Ce projet est financé dans le cadre de l’Entente Canada-Alberta relative à l’enseignement dans la langue de la minorité et à l’enseignement de la langue seconde 2019-2020. Approuvé à l’origine le 23 mars 2021; modification en vigueur le 1 avril 2022.
