Description

The purpose of this interim directive is to allow applications to the Alberta Energy Regulator for 18 months, from March 20, 2024 to September 18, 2025. The pilot will include up to 100 site reduction applications for minimum disturbance well leases on private land. The intent of the pilot is to inform a decision whether to accept reclamation certificate applications for reclaimed portions of well sites.

The interim directive is in effect for 18 months starting February 1, 2024 and expiring on July 31, 2025.
