Presents findings of an investigation of a workplace fatality that occurred in the agriculture and forestry sector in December 2020. A worker was transporting feed to a section of a feedlot. The worker exited the feed truck to open a gate when the truck moved forward, pinning the worker between the truck and gate and causing fatal injuries.
