Connecting to the community : volunteering

Description

Developed to support English as a Second Language learners, this resource contains some brief biographies of prominent volunteers in Alberta. This is one in a series of resources created to help ESL students learn about living in Alberta while also developing their English-language skills. The resources can be used by teachers within the ESL classroom, or by ESL learners who may be working independently.
