Environmental assessment registry documents pertaining to the proposed Stone Creek Resorts Inc. Gondola project. The proposal is to construct and operate an aerial passenger ropeway system along with a day lodge, trail networks, viewing platforms, suspension bridge and associated utility services infrastructure as part of the Silvertip Integrated Village Resort. The proposed passenger aerial gondola would connect the base area of the Silvertip Resort to an upper terminal on the summit ridge of Mount Lady MacDonald, via a mid-station integrated with the Silvertip Resort Village. Provides notification on six new codes that were adopted under the Gas Code Regulation (AR 111/2010) and came into effect on February 1, 2021 under the Safety Codes Act: the Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code; the Propane Storage and Handling Code; the Installation Code for Propane Fuel Systems and Tanks on Highway; the NGV Refuelling Stations Installation Code, the Natural Gas for Vehicles Installation Code; and the Code for the Field Approval of Fuel-Related Components on Appliances and Equipment. Also lists two codes that came into effect under the same regulation as of September 1, 2022: The Compressed Natural Gas Vehicles Installation Code and the Liquefied Natural Gas Vehicle Installation Code.

Describes an Alberta Transportation one-year pilot to allow tow truck operators to increase their visibility and safety while working on Alberta highways. A Registrar's exemption will be issued to permit the optional use of blue lights, in addition to existing amber lights, on tow trucks and supporting vehicles during the pilot project. Results of the pilot project will help determine the best use of lights to increase safety for roadside workers.
