The Regulation establishes the Alberta Human Ecology and Home Economics Association (AHEA) as the self regulating professional regulatory organization that is responsible for the registration, licensure, regulation and discipline of those persons holding a Professional Human Ecologist or Home Economist designation in Alberta. The Regulation defines the profession's practice and grants title protection rights to AHEA members.

Description

The Alberta Industrial Health and Safety Commission was established to conduct a comprehensive study and provide recommendations on the coordination of occupational health and safety functions in the province. Its report, containing over 100 recommendations, was tabled in February 1975. In May 1975 an implementation committee was formed to propose recommendations on the implementation of the Commission's findings. This report contains the committee's proposals.
