Special Payment Act

Description

The Special Payment Act sets out the terms and conditions under which the Workers’ Compensation Board may make a one-time lump sum payment to qualifying individuals as compensation for termination of their dependency benefits due to remarriage under pre-1982 versions of the Workers’ Compensation Act.
