Department of Transportation registrar's exemption : blue bumpers on an electric school bus

Description

Sets out the conditions and restrictions under which an electric powered school bus can be exempted from the requirement to have black bumpers, as required by the Canadian Standards Association D250, and the Commercial Vehicle Safety Regulation section 5(5) and schedule 5, sections 2(1) and 8(2).
