South Saskatchewan River Basin water management recommendations in response to Phase 2 terms of reference : a report to Alberta Environment

Description

This report was submitted as advice to guide development of Phase 2 of the water management plan for the South Saskatchewan River Basin. It presents the work of four basin advisory committees which were formed for the primary purpose of recommending water conservation objectives for each major river downstream of the major dams that would provide a reference point for the future and would describe the best balance between protection of the aquatic environment and consumption of water for economic growth.
