Description

The South Beaver Lake local planning area covers about 3560 acres within Resource Management Area K of the Lakeland Sub Regional Integrated Resource Planning Area. The management intent is to accommodate a number of resource objectives with an emphasis on agriculture. The local plan considers opportunities for agricultural development while, at the same time, mitigating the impact on other public land and public resource users as a consequence of agricultural development.
