Registrar's exemption : taxi and transportation network lamps

Description

Authorizes an exemption for motor vehicles operated by a transportation network driver, or a taxi driver, from the requirements of sections 4(2) and (4) of the VER, to allow the installation and use of a transportation network company (“TNC”) lamp, or a taxi “for hire” lamp.
