Percentage of children less than ten years of age seen in an emergency department for a playground related injury

Description

In 2013, among children less than 10 years of age, there were 3,970 visits to emergency departments for injuries associated with playground equipment. There was no difference between males and females. The highest percentage of children visiting the emergency department was for those living in the North Zone while children living in the Edmonton Zone had the lowest percentage.
