Description
Provides notice for parties interested in participating as intervenors in the following reference made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council for Alberta to the Court of Appeal of Alberta: Is the Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act (Canada) unconstitutional in whole or in part? Also included is a consensus group position on participation of “historical intervenors”, which are parties who have intervened in one or both of the previous references regarding the Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal.
