New K-6 curriculum

Description

This series of fact sheets was created to support an understanding of Alberta's new K-6 curriculum by explaining the six subjects and three key learning themes that are applied across all subjects and grades. The six subjects are: English language arts and literature, mathematics, physical education and wellness, French first language and literature, French immersion language arts and literature and science. The three key learning themes that span all grades in the final K-6 curriculum are: literacy, numeracy and practical skills. More fact sheets will be added as the new K-6 curriculum is finalized.
