Landscape Analysis Tool (LAT) user guide

Description

The Landscape Analysis Tool (LAT) is a web-enabled geospatial tool that allows clients to plan activities on public land. LAT enables virtual siting of proposed project activities, identification of operational constraints that may apply to the activity, and virtual re-siting or changes to a proposed activity to mitigate concerns prior to application. This user guide explains how to use LAT and how to troubleshoot report error messages.
