Description
This easy-to-read booklet is intended for students, volunteers and others to support the use of the Alberta Nutrition Guidelines in schools. It is also intended for parents and other people who are raising children. It describes the importance of healthy food for children and how to identify healthy food, and outlines the role that schools can play in helping children eat well and making sure healthy choices are available.
