The Employment Standards Tool Kit provides employers with comprehensive up-to-date information on minimum employment standards in Alberta. Employers can find detailed information and examples of how employment standards rules apply to them, their employees and their businesses. Module 5 is about what an averaging arrangement is, how to enter or exit an arrangement, and the impacts on the calculation of overtime.
