Department of Transportation registrar's exemption : electronic trip inspection

Description

Sets out the conditions and restrictions under which a trip inspection report in a legible electronic format is acceptable and exempts persons who meet these conditions and restrictions from the signature requirement for a trip inspection report under section 12(4)(h) of the Commercial Vehicle Safety Regulation.
