Age-friendly Alberta. Villages of Glenwood and Hill Spring, and Cardston County community profile

Description

On November 10, 2015, the Government of Alberta recognized the villages of Glenwood and Hill Spring, and Cardston County for their efforts towards creating an age-friendly community for residents. Age-friendly communities promote healthy and active aging. People in age-friendly communities are supported in maintaining their independence, and can access public buildings and amenities, participate in community events and initiatives, and acquire the supports and services they need.
