Description
This Regulation provides requirements regarding the process and information submitted for construction and operating approvals under the Railway (Alberta) Act and articulates the authority of the Rail Administrator over construction and operation approvals. Additionally, the Regulation incorporates a number of federal rules and regulations as modified to apply to Alberta railways.
