Description
Provides the procedures and guidelines to follow to meet the requirements of the Laboratory Data Quality Assurance Policy that went into effect on October 15, 2001. The policy requires that all facilities applying data required by an approval issued by Alberta Environment, or codes of practice, must ensure that a laboratory that meets accreditation standards analyzes the data. The purpose of the policy is to ensure the data received by the Alberta Environment is reliable, technically and legally defensible.
