Description

Established pursuant to section 8.1 of the Forests Act, the Forest Fees, Rates and Other Amounts Payable (Fees MO) sets the administrative fees for departmental work and use of department equipment/facilities. The Fees MO will now explicitly include rates for use of Hinton Training Centre facilities held under the Hinton Training Centre Rates (Incorporation of a Directive) Regulation (the Regulation) upon its expiration on March 31, 2023.
