Description

This information package has been developed to assist petitioners and school boards with the recall of a school board trustee process in accordance with the Education Act and the Local Authorities Election Act. It is intended as a reference for petitioners and secretaries who may be involved in a notice of recall petition and the completion of a recall petition. It is a compliment to the applicable sections of the Education Act and the Local Authorities Election Act and is not intended to be the sole source of information for the recall process, but to be used in conjunction with legislation.
