Presents the findings and recommendations of the Board Governance Review Task Force, which was established in March 2007 by Premier Ed Stelmach to make recommendations on improving the transparency, accountability and governance of the Government of Alberta's agencies, boards and commissions. The task force was also tasked with providing an inventory of agencies, which is included in Appendix B of this report.
