Description

This process guide is designed to accompany the video Journey to Consensus. It serves as both a preparation tool and a step-by-step reference for participants and process managers involved in interest-based negotiation in land use conflicts. Whether you are a participant, a conflict resolution manager, or both, this guide outlines your role at each of the four stages of the negotiation process. It provides practical direction for situations involving either a small, well-defined group or a larger number of parties.
