Ministerial Order modifying sections of the Timber Management Regulation to suspend the application or operation of parts of the Timber Management Regulation, due to the state of public health emergency in Alberta and the associated requirements and limitations, because timber disposition holders are unable to satisfy reforestation requirements during the 2020-21 timber year. This Ministerial Order repeals Ministerial Order 015/2020.

The forest management planning area under consideration is Crown Forest Management Unit (FMU) P14. The FMP covers FMU P14, a Crown managed unit located north of Peace River within the Central Mixedwood, Dry Mixedwood and Lower Boreal Highlands natural subregions.
