Ministerial Order modifying sections of the Timber Management Regulation to suspend the application or operation of parts of the Timber Management Regulation, due to the state of public health emergency in Alberta and the associated requirements and limitations, because the deferral of certain charges supports the continued economic viability of operators in the forest industry. This Ministerial Order repeals Ministerial Order 016/2020.
