It provides an alternative to having residential landlord and tenant disputes heard by a court. The annual reports includes information about communities impacted, legislative jurisdiction, application fees and waivers, scheduling, common types of disputes, tenancy dispute officer authority, hearing processes, requests for exceptions, governance, and red tape reduction.
