Authorizes an exemption for motor vehicles operated by a transportation network driver, or a taxi driver, from the requirements of sections 4(2) and (4) of the Vehicle Equipment Regulation, to allow the installation and use of a transportation network company (TNC) lamp, or a taxi "for hire" lamp.
