Government is required to report all contraventions and non-compliance by disclosing the name of the person or company who has broken the law or specific conditions, the municipality in which the person resides or the company is located, a description of the contravention, and the amount of the penalty.

Crown forest management plans (FMPs) detail when, where and how timber on Alberta Crown land will be managed in order to balance social, economic and environmental needs based on input from the public, Indigenous peoples and interest groups. The forest management planning area under consideration is Crown Forest Management Unit (FMU) P14. The FMP covers FMU P14, a Crown managed unit located north of Peace River within the Central Mixedwood, Dry Mixedwood and Lower Boreal Highlands natural subregions.
