This ministerial order extends the time period for the by-election for the positions of mayor and three councillors for the City of Chestermere that are vacant from the dismissals, from 180 days to 240 days from the signing of Ministerial Order No. MSD: 076/23; 2. Also extends the time period to hold a by-election to fill the vacancy from a councillor resignation that occurred on December 15, 2023 from 120 days to 229 days after the vacancy occurred.

That the deadlines for the completion of the Directives included in section 2 of this order are extended to January 31, 2025.
