Description
Amend ministerial order No. MSD:002/23, ordered pursuant to Section 574 of the Municipal Government Act, as follows: 1. That the deadline for the completion of Directive 5f is extended to July 31, 2024; 2. That the council for the City of Chestermere, following the restoration of council quorum, is required to provide to the Minister, no later than September 30, 2024, a plan for the completion of the following Directives: a. Directive 1, b. Directive 3a, c. Directive 3b, d. Directive 6a, e. Directive 6b, f. Directive 7, and g. Directive 11; 3. That the deadlines for the completion of the Directives included in section 2 of this order are extended to January 31, 2025.
