Description

Working through the Canadian Food Inspection System, government and industry have developed a model regulation, the Food Retail and Foodservices Regulation, as well as this accompanying code of practice for the foodservice and food retail industries. The two documents provide a common set of harmonized food safety standards and operational guidelines that are recognized by government, the food industry and consumers.
