Environmental assessment registry documents pertaining to a proposed expansion to the Imperial Oil Resources Limited Cold Lake project. The project proposes expanding the existing Cold Lake operations targeting bitumen resources in the Grand Rapids Formation using a solvent-assisted steam-assisted gravity drainage recovery process. Bitumen production capacity would be up to 55,000 barrels per day.
