Information on each decision includes employer, union, grievance, last name of the arbitrator, and the date of decision. Also included is a link to the full text of the decision on the CanLII (Canadian Legal Information Institute) website.

The study is based upon an online poll conducted between March 24 and April 5, 2017 on behalf of the researchers by a commercial polling company. The respondents comprised 2,000 Albertans engaged in paid employment in the previous 12 months.
