It discusses provincial legislation related to occupational health and safety and describes the responsibilities of the worker, supervisors and the provincial government, as well as those of the employer, in ensuring a healthy and safe workplace. It also looks at non-compliance and explains what steps can be taken if supervisors or other work site parties don't comply with the law.
