Pursuant to section 9 of the Government Organization Act, The Minister of Environment and Parks hereby delegate to those employees of the Department of Environment and Parks holding from time to time the position or classification listed in the Appendix, the powers, duties and functions conferred on the Minister of Environment and Parks under the Public Lands Act, RSA 2000, c. P-40 and under the regulations made under the Act described in the Appendix.
