Bulletin numbering reflects the AHCIP services to which the bulletin pertains. Bulletins in this record refer to general provisions or all services covered by AHCIP. New bulletins are released as required. Please be aware that information in older bulletins may be superseded by more recent bulletins.

All banks, credit unions, trust companies and insurance companies offering LIRAs, LIFs and LRIFs to customers must be on the Superintendent’s List of Financial Institutions offering locked-in pension products, in order to accept transfers of locked-in funds. NOTE: This list is updated regularly. Please ensure you are using the CURRENT list for up-to-date information. Past issues of the list are kept for informational and comparison purposes only. There may be institutions that have applied to appear on this list but whose application was still being processed at the time this list was updated. Please contact the office of the Superintendent of Pensions to verify the status of any financial institution with respect to this list.

This design bulletin provides interim guidance regarding fish passage analysis for structures managed by Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors, including the use of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans’ Swim Performance Online Tools and the use of hydrological frequency analysis. Under the Federal Fisheries Act and Provincial Water Act, Transportation and Economic Corridors infrastructure cannot obstruct fish passage in any fish bearing water body.
