This fact sheet describes the Arctic Corridor (Highway 35 and Highway 58 East), which includes multiple highways and future roads of growing importance to Alberta. Economic corridors are trade corridors that provide vital links to markets in and out of Alberta, supporting economic, social, and environmental activity. This fact sheet describes the Alberta section of the CANAMEX Corridor, a tri-lateral trade corridor originally defined in the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) in 1994 that connects Canada, the United States, and Mexico. The fact sheet also lists ongoing and proposed work on the corridor as of August 2024.

There may be institutions that have applied to appear on this list but whose application was still being processed at the time this list was updated. Please contact the office of the Superintendent of Pensions to verify the status of any financial institution with respect to this list.
