Ils sont conçus pour aider à évaluer les participants qui pourraient présenter des symptômes ou avoir été exposés à une personne malade ou qui est un cas confirmé de COVID-19. Le questionnaire d’évaluation quotidien du Ministère de la Santé (Alberta Health) contient des questions distinctes pour les enfants de moins de 18 ans et pour les adultes de 18 ans et plus.
