Description

Albertans were invited to provide input on issues relating to energy development in urban areas through an online forum. Fact sheets and educational information on safety standards and environmental regulations are available and a series of questions will help gather ideas and opinions on this important topic. Discussion sessions were held in Grande Prairie, Red Deer, Calgary, and Lethbridge between June 16 - 24, 2014 with stakeholders and the ministries of Energy, Health, Municipal Affairs and the Alberta Energy Regulator and the Property Rights Advocate. The same information was also available to online participants through an online feedback form that closed on July 15th, 2014.
