Director's Order imposed on Fluent Solar Ltd. and Northern Pwr Ltd. to ensure that all written direct sales contracts include the terms required by the Consumer Protection Act and the Prepaid Contracting Business Licensing Regulation, to ensure that within 15 days after a direct sales contract is cancelled, the consumer is refunded all money paid by the consumer, and to ensure that the supplier or salesperson do not do anything or say anything that might reasonably deceive or mislead a consumer.
