Description

In July 2022, the Skilled Trades and Apprenticeship Education Act came into force and established the role of the Registrar. The Registrar has a number of statutory accountabilities related to managing apprenticeship education programs and industry training programs, registering apprentices, and issuing credentials. The purpose of this document is to provide system partners with an overview of some of the key activities of the Registrar during the fiscal year.
