It is also intended to assist developers, municipalities and consultants in better understanding the requirements and expectations regarding a traffic impact assessment.

The responsibilities of the consultant and their sub-consultants form the quality assurance program for the fabrication of bridge components that directly contributes to the safety, reliability, durability and long-term management of bridges throughout the province.

The Government of Alberta will provide one-time funding assistance to eligible organizations who own or operate a public facility and whose mandate includes a cultural, religious, spiritual, or ceremonial component. Funding will help offset the costs incurred to relaunch gatherings while following Alberta’s public health measures. This would include facility space changes to create no-contact areas, better ventilation, procurement of personal protective equipment (PPE), contracted cleaning services, technology upgrades for online delivery of services and language translation of health related signage.

This spreadsheet provides a summary of 2015-2017 data reported by facilities subject to the Specified Gas Emitters Regulation. The Regulation was passed in 2007 and expired December 31, 2017. Emissions were reported in units of tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalents. Each facility was required to reduce its annual emissions intensity by a prescribed percentage target relative to its facility-specific approved baseline emissions intensity.

In order to demonstrate the additionality of the activities that are included or proposed to be included in the development or revision of an emission offset quantification protocol, the use of the tools contained in this technical guidance is a requirement for both the Alberta Climate Change Office and stakeholders. This document explains both the roles each of these parties play, and the process used for reviewing and assessing additionality during protocol development or revision.
